Mr. Zhou, Managing Partner of JLCD Law Firm, selected into the “Double Thousand Talents Plan”

On April 16, 2015, Mr. Zhou, Managing Partner of JianLingChengDa Law Firm was engaged as a part-time lecturer by TongJi University as part of the “Double Thousand Talents Plan” that universities and private practices engage each other’s professionals.

The “Double Thousand Talents Plan” is a high-level talent exchange plan implemented by Education Ministry, Central Committee of Politics and Law, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Justice for the purpose of deepening the cooperation between colleges and law practicing entities. Through this Plan, experts with good practice experience are selected and engaged by colleges as lecturers, and teachers of colleges are assigned to law practice entities.
